Another combination for weeks 43 and 44. This was posted on November 19th, and things were particularly chaotic at home –little did I know how much more chaos was on its way. But I digress, husband was working a lot, and I was juggling a whole lot, not just the baby. The word prompt was ENCOURAGEMENT and DIGNITY. This is what came out. It sounds very old. Don’t lose my mind
I can’t lose my mind
Gonna make it thru this bumpy road
Keeping it steady
‘Cause things can get heavy
Gonna do what I can to make it work.
Gonna make it through the other side
Gonna come out of this place alive
Gonna be stronger, gonna be wiser
Gonna come out with a sense of pride
When the air gets thick
I feel my breath pass my lips
I know I’m gonna get through this.
Although my body tremble
And I’m unsure if I can handle this
Gonna find a way to make it work
